I tried the "Update driver" button, but it said it couldn't install the drivers either. I don't know what the PCI serial port could be for? I assume it's for the wifi and Bluetooth card I have in my system. And 'what failed' was BTHport. Is there any way to install the drivers for it? Where can I find them?
